I  offers to teach, guide and practice Yoga through a series of revitalizing and rejuvenating Asanas, Pranayamas and meditation with finesse. In my words, "Yoga is not only about body and mind, it is a way of life, it is a process of all round holistic development and should be adopted to bring harmony to the body, mind and soul! Yoga is a tool to achieve anything that you truly desire, Yoga involves opening our hearts and focusing our awareness so that we become one with ourselves and our surroundings. Yoga is the basis of true human life, one can get to the true source of happiness by believing in and practicing Yoga”

I have conducted sessions for HCL, Bajaj, Yogamau , Yogami , Namyata, Classbuk , Ekam Yoga and several reputed Yoga studios like Mamdev yoga , Revive Yoga and Gelathi Dance Fitness. Am also a lead trainer in training Police force in KarnatakaI have always enthusiastic and instrumental in organizingYoga and health awareness sessions for general public especiallyunderprivileged sections of the society. I  voluntarily helped in organizing several camps in parks, old age homes and underprivileged children where I  guided the participants to live a healthy life with help of Yoga and correct nutrition. My aim is to transform the traditional Hatha yoga concepts to next generation and create public health awareness across masses.

Besides Yoga, I  loves to dance and act, write motivational quotes and articles, loves Aerobics and  Gymnastics. I  wants the whole world to be healthy and happy
