- Support and assist brokers ( process all paperwork / quoting / preparing application / cancellations / insurance binder / claim / finance for premium)
- Review new business submission for brokers and finding errors and omission and missing documents
- Upload new business and endorsement on portal (gather information and submit memo on TAM and upload on portal)
- Advise and support broker (review new risk and client / company manual / market rule)
