• Developed XGBoost classification models with optimization of hyperparameters and feature selection using grid search in AWS Sagemaker to predict the likelihood of adding service lines, resulting in 5% improvement of model accuracy and 10% increase of campaign efficiency

Data Analytics Project with SQL and Tableau – Sales Insights Dashboard

• Created complex SQL queries to gather a large amount of sales data from MySQL database and ingested the data into Tableau for BI reporting
• Designed and developed a Tableau dashboard to show sales performance insights, helping the sales team better-targeting customers
• Automated the end-to-end reporting process and reduced sales analysts' manual work by cutting down the entire reporting time by 20%
