My name is Yuriy, I'm from Ukraine, and I've been living in Canada for a few years now. I worked in a restaurant, where I was both a kitchen helper chef and a dishwasher. Every day brought something new — new dishes, new techniques, new challenges. I wasn't just washing dishes or peeling vegetables — I was learning. I watched the chefs, listened, memorized, and every time I was allowed to cook something, I put my soul into it.

The kitchen has become a place where I feel alive. I love the rhythm of the restaurant, the smell of spices, the heat of the stove. I love working with my hands, feeling the products, seeing how something delicious is born from simple ingredients. And most of all, I love seeing people enjoy what you have done.

I am currently looking for a job as a kitchen helper in Canada. I want to be part of a team again, to help, learn, grow. I have experience, a great desire and an open heart.

I have practical experience in the restaurant industry as a kitchen helper and dishwasher. I worked in a busy restaurant, where I learned not only to perform daily duties, but also to work in a team, maintaining the pace and standards of the kitchen.

As a cook's assistant, I was responsible for preparing ingredients (washing, peeling, cutting vegetables, meat, herbs), basic food cooking, preparing blanks, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace. I was also entrusted with simple hot or cold dishes, breakfasts, soups, and salads, depending on the shift and the kitchen load.

As a dishwasher, I ensured the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and supplies, maintained sanitation standards, promptly cleared work surfaces, and helped maintain order in the kitchen area. This taught me discipline, attention to detail, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

This experience gave me an inside look at the kitchen process, taught me to react quickly to tasks and be flexible in my work. I was always open to learning, eager to improve my skills and respectful of my work.

I am currently actively looking for a job as a kitchen assistant to continue my professional development in a field that is truly close to my heart and interesting to me.
