As an International Medical Graduate, I have more than 20 years of International as well Canadian experience in the field of Health & Social Justice. As a results-oriented person, I enjoy contributing to different communities, while enhancing my learnings. The uniqueness of each community, is what makes me excited, which in turn pushes me forward, eager to empower participants to reach their potentials. I pride myself on my professionalism and adeptness in stakeholder engagement. Through my experience, I have witnessed the transformative power of diverse perspectives, and I am well versed in community-based research, Environmental Scan, and Quality Improvement projects. I am passionate about being part of organizational development. My creativity comes to the forefront as I initiate programs that allow professionals to harness their full potential.
