I have over 20 years of experience in the FMCG industry, I am a seasoned, IT savvy finance professional who off-late led the regional accounting services and product costing center of excellence at British American Tobacco (BAT). As a qualified chartered accountant and certified management accountant, I have a strong background in financial and management accounting, financial system design, and financial strategy. 

In my last role, I managed and delivered accounting services and product costing solutions for multiple markets and business units across the region, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency. I also partnered with key stakeholders and negotiated with external service providers to optimize the value and performance of the accounting function. 

Additionally, I developed and mentored a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of trust, innovation, and excellence. My mission is to drive business value and growth with my accounting services and product costing expertise while supporting the organization's growth vision.
