My career began in the agency and consulting world, partnering with digital solutions and enterprise software firms to lead client transformation initiatives centered on customer experience (CX) and digital enablement. In project management, business analysis, and operations leadership roles, I worked alongside C-suite executives to translate complex strategies into actionable roadmaps, aligning teams, systems, and outcomes.

Four years ago, I transitioned to in-house leadership in the CPG sector, overseeing 20+ team members across Sales, Customer Success, Order Processing, and E-commerce Operations. I’ve since led large-scale initiatives in CRM and ERP modernization, AI-enabled process automation, and enterprise-wide post-merger integrations for small and mid-market firms with revenues in the tens of millions. These initiatives improved operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer retention while aligning transformation efforts with executive strategy.
