As a recent graduate from the Carleton University with a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering, I’m confident that my knowledge of Python and Data science, experience in Integrated circuits, and precise attention to detail would make me a valuable asset to the team. 

In my former role as a Customer Service Representative, I was responsible for troubleshooting a variety of technical issues for customers, assisting with maintenance of accounts. While employed,I contributed to the implementation of departmental procedures, and helped improve response time by 10%. Customer satisfaction had also increased during my employment. I’m sure that this experience will help me pick up new skills and quickly excel at the new open position.
