Expect variety: every month our culinary teams are preparing 112 entrees and 56 soups, with room to play with recipes, flavours and presentation. The bonus? Compensation and Benefits

You can expect competitive pay, comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities. We offer group health insurance (dental, prescriptions, extended medical, life insurance), tuition reimbursement, group RRSP program, regular merit reviews, discounts on products and services, training and development, and other perks. We’ve paid out a bonus above target every year since 2016 to full-time salaried team members. We aim to promote 70% of leaders at Amica from within and we are currently tracking over 65%.

Amica Senior Lifestyles recognizes the importance of immunization to protect our residents, team members and visitors from COVID-19. Effective October 2021, a condition of employment is requiring that all new hires have received all required doses of a COVID-19 vaccine approved by Health Canada.

Giving Back

Seniors are among our society’s most vulnerable. In 2003 we established the Amica Helping Hands Charity, a registered Canadian charity to support Canadian seniors living in poverty. Throughout the year, Amica residents and team members organize and participate in fun events designed to fundraise to provide seniors in need with the goods, money and services they need to thrive.
