IT Team
Cold noses, hot technology. As a thriving, fast-growing online provider of pet supplies and care information, PetSmart is the place to make the most of your mad tech skills and happy-go-lucky personality. About one-fourth of our home office is composed of IT pros—top talent in customer-engagement technology, modern stack development, React Native, ReactJS, Salesforce APEX and more. Charities
We're proud to be the leading funder of animal welfare in North America, helping to transform the lives of pets and those who love them. Our independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit PetSmart Charities organization has granted more money than any other animal welfare group in North America directly toward helping pets in need. PetSmart and PetSmart Charities are incredibly humbled and proud of this work—which includes saving the lives of homeless pets, raising awareness of companion animal welfare and adoption and spay/neuter initiatives.
Call Center
Calling all pet lovers (literally!). Enjoy talking about pets? Help pet parents schedule and navigate services in our PetsHotel, Doggie Day Camp and Grooming Salon. We take around 75 inbound calls to assist pet parents. During our three-week, paid training, you’ll learn everything you need to know about how to be successful at PetSmart. Success is shared and celebrated. Earn rewards for individual goals (25% of bonus potential) business performance (50% total services, 25% call center sales). We’re all about learning, internal transfers and promotions, too. Each of our four advancement levels for agents comes with a pay raise and graduation ceremony.
