Restaurant Support

Wendy’s Restaurant Support Center (RSC) is in Dublin, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus. TEAM TRAINER

Love to lead and want to grow? As a Wendy’s Team Trainer, we will rely on you to be a role model to the other Crew Members. You will build a foundation of business knowledge and leadership skills to help prepare you for future leadership roles in the company.

SHIFT MANAGMENT

Learn what it takes to create great restaurant experiences for our customers and partner with your team to identify the most efficient ways to maximize profitability. As you grow and develop, you will have the opportunity to coach and develop others.

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Wendy’s team members will look to you for coaching throughout their career progression, and the General Manager will look to you to create a fun and inviting work environment. In this role you will drive staffing, training and scheduling – all of which help build and retain a five-star team.

GENERAL MANAGER

In this role, you will develop business acumen that will equip you to hire, develop and grow a team of 30+ employees while running a ~$1.5 million business. By following Wendy’s values, including Do The Right Thing and Treat People with Respect, you can show your team what it means to be a great Wendy’s team player and leader.
