Position Overview

The purpose of this position is to support marketing priorities for the international market through activities such as marketing communications, campaigns, logistics planning and coordination.

The Product Line Manager assists with planning the direction of the company products while providing customers with recommended solutions. This role acts as the communication link between the customer and the R&D team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and guide the marketing roadmap and vision
• Design and maintain the company catalogue and advertising material
• Compose product/company descriptions, newsletters, and press release content
• Coordinate tradeshows
• Identify new opportunities for JGR Optics through market research, customer site visits and attending fiberoptic conference shows
• Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• Flexibility and a willingness to travel
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical College Degree/Certificate
• Customer service experience
• Technical experience in fiberoptics testing and measurement would be an asset
• Familiarity with the fiberoptic market
• Creativity and artistic skills would be an asset
• Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Windows, and basic programming)
• Strong problem solving and decisionmaking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills

$80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
