The Spa Associate is the first face and voice of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa for our clients.

Spa Associates are responsible for warmly greeting clients in person and via telephone, booking appointments, file maintenance and selling memberships, service upgrades and products.

They also take the lead on managing our COVID-19 safety, cleaning and disinfecting protocols for all of our Spas, so our employees will feel confident returning to a safe work place.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Check in clients through booking system
Multitask between answering phones, booking appointments and selling memberships, gift cards and upgrades
Promote health / wellness benefits of massage and skin care
Follow proper filing procedures / file maintenance
Maintain a professional, clean and safe work environment and appearance
Various other duties

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience handling cash & credit card transactions
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent personal hygiene
A true multitasker that demonstrates superior time management
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Available for a variety of shifts including week days, evenings & weekends
Punctual and reliable
