The impact you will have:

The Coordinator, Program Delivery leads the delivery of community programs. This role ensures participants experience a high-quality program and drives to improve the lives of Canadians affected by MS.


This role:


  • Leads the full delivery cycle to meet the Canada Pension Plan Disability (CPP-D) Application Support program's desired outcomes, including the development and execution of the annual program plan in collaboration with other departments.
  • Works directly with MS community members to understand their needs and guide them through the program.
  • Engages with volunteers to deliver the program effectively and ensure a superior MS community member experience.
  • Tracks accurate program data to support program evaluation, reporting, and improvement in partnership with the program design team.
  • Supports the Education program and assist with monthly education sessions, including moderating nationwide webinars and providing virtual presentations to audiences.
  • Contributes to and supports program expansion, as applicable.

Requirements:


  • Is excellent at communicating, both verbally and written in English and French.
  • Has skills in relationship management.
  • Is comfortable using technology, including client record management and communication platforms.
  • Enjoys working independently and as part of a team.
  • Can build successful working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Can always maintain confidentiality with sensitivity to issues of disability.
  • Is bilingual in English and French.

La personne qui occupe le poste de coordonnateur ou de coordonnatrice de la prestation de programmes supervise la prestation des programmes destinés aux membres de la collectivité.
