Description
We are looking for an energetic team member who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This position will provide superior customer service and will act as administrative support for the front office.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Provides customer service and administrative duties such as the checkin and checkout of guests, handling guest concerns, assisting with the arrivals and departures of groups and tours, and luggage storage.
  • Follows established procedures and policies when completing tasks.
  • Inputs data accurately into the property management system.
  • Reports discrepancies in room rates, payment information and credit arrangements to management.
  • Handles cash, cheque, credit and debit card transactions in accordance with Hotel Policy.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$17.00-$18.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
