They are the top-level executive in charge of managing the company's resources and leading the team to achieve its vision, mission, and objectives.


In addition to driving the growth of this global company, this leader is responsible for brand management, podcast production, and a variety of projects that require collaboration across several departments.

This role will require assisting in brand management, by helping to define the brand's identity, values, and personality, and then implementing strategies to ensure that the brand consistently meets goals by completing market research, advertising and promotions, customer engagement, and reputation management.

The secret code is marketing.

As a client-facing position and a collaborative creative partner a keen eye for detail, superb written and verbal communication skills, and a customer-forward mindset are essential.


We are seeking a superhuman that can organize and prioritize the CEO's tasks within the local Toronto office including project management, delegation, and inter-department collaboration.

You must have experience with social media management, meeting administration, and international travel planning as this role supports a global CEO with extensive engagement.


Compensation:
- $55-60K DOE

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ensure the leader's time is protected
  • Complete complex calendar management tasks to ensure full maximization of the CEO's time
  • Ensure parameters are followed to allow for work/life balance
  • Prioritize projects and meetings to ensure deadlines are met
  • Identify, research, and invite podcast guests
  • Create and document the research process
  • Complete research on potential guests
  • Draft correspondence
  • Personal brand management for CEOs
  • Work with CEO on building a strong and consistent brand image that resonates with the target audience
  • Inbox management
  • Complete tirage of inbox
  • Follow parameters set by the CEO to ensure proper communication with clients and colleagues
  • Project management
  • Handle the minute details to ensure outcomes
  • Act with intent and follow through on all tasks
  • Provide immediate added value through the execution of ideas and solutions
  • Social media administration
  • Scheduling content posts
  • Reviewing content
