Fixed Operations Manager

Summary
This position is responsible for greeting and assisting customers in the Service department.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greets and directs customers to the appropriate personnel.
Cleaning the interior and exterior of used rental vehicles
Walkaround with the client, ensuring there are no damages before and after use
Retrieving the vehicles from their designated parking spots, allowing for easy pick up for the client
Parking the vehicles in the appropriate parking area on the lot

Required Skills and Experience:

Valid Driver's License
Clean drivers abstract
Ability to drive manual transmission
Customer Service Experience is an asset
