About Us:

Royal Mayfair Golf Club is a premier private golf club located in Edmonton. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional golf experiences and outstanding service to our members and guests.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Manager to assist in running the administration department's day-to-day activities.

The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the club's administrative functions.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and other senior staff members.
  • Manage the club's payroll process, including processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as reconciling accounts and processing cash outs.
  • Act as an executive assistant, including taking meeting minutes, managing schedules, creating meeting agendas, and handling telephone communications.
  • Coordinate and oversee office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing office equipment, and handling office maintenance issues.
  • Provide support for special projects and events as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and basic accounting principles.
  • Experience as an executive assistant or office manager.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:
$26.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
