We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Manager to assist in running the administration department's day-to-day activities.
The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the club's administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and other senior staff members.
- Manage the club's payroll process, including processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as reconciling accounts and processing cash outs.
- Act as an executive assistant, including taking meeting minutes, managing schedules, creating meeting agendas, and handling telephone communications.
- Coordinate and oversee office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing office equipment, and handling office maintenance issues.
- Provide support for special projects and events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and basic accounting principles.
- Experience as an executive assistant or office manager.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$26.00-$32.00 per hour
