    Title: Business Analyst - eHealthJob ID: KM
    Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead engagement and process management for new initiatives and actively participate in the definition, documentation and roll out of requirement management processes and practices.
    Responsibilities:
    • Support and lead working groups to identify, refine, and document business, software and system requirements for the Operational Data Store (ODS).
    • Lead analysis and data mapping from various clinical systems to the HL7 FHIR standard.
    • Work with clinical informatics and technical resources to develop the Clinical Information Model.
    • Document current source system workflows and perform gap analysis.
    • Support initial Data Remediation efforts and build relationships with multiple teams involved to support the Operational Data Store (ODS).
    • Lead Privacy and Security documentation (PIA/STRA) for specific initiatives
    • Perform other related project duties as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Informatics, Health Information, Nursing, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline, plus a minimum of five (5) years recent related experience which includes clinical information systems implementations.
    • Mandatory:
      • Demonstrated understanding of Waterfall, Agile and project management methodologies.
      • Demonstrated ability to lead in a health care environment.
      • Demonstrated experience organizing and writing related documentation including assessments, business, software and system requirements, guidelines and standards.
      • Demonstrated ability to lead engagement with multidisciplinary stakeholder groups.
      • Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and Quality Management System, specifically Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
      • Ability to understand and clearly relate technical information and principals of operation to other members of the organization.
      • Ability to work from home using remote access technologies.
    • Desired:
      • Past work on a diverse project team comprised of clinical, technical and business stakeholders.
      • Experience working with diverse clinical specialties.
      • Familiarity with:
        • primary and community care healthcare workflows and settings
        • Clinical Applications within Primary and Community Care
        • Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) based applications
        • Enterprise Architecture principals and documentation
