Program Coordinator/Permanent Full-Time

North Bay
The Program Coordinator (PC) provides support and coordination to the daily operational activities of a program.

The PC assists in the support of individuals in care, with the activities of daily living and in keeping with their individual person-centered plans.

The PC will also provide decision support to the team and liaison with clinical professionals.


Experience:

Minimum three years of related experience Education: College Diploma/Degree in a related field, D.S.W or equivalent academic credential.


Skills or Required Training:


  • Emergency First Aid/CPR
  • Driver's License (G license)
  • Computer skills Required training as per Christian Horizons policy
