Program Coordinator/Permanent Full-Time
North Bay
The Program Coordinator (PC) provides support and coordination to the daily operational activities of a program.
The PC assists in the support of individuals in care, with the activities of daily living and in keeping with their individual person-centered plans.
The PC will also provide decision support to the team and liaison with clinical professionals.Experience:
Minimum three years of related experience Education: College Diploma/Degree in a related field, D.S.W or equivalent academic credential.
Skills or Required Training:
- Emergency First Aid/CPR
- Driver's License (G license)
- Computer skills Required training as per Christian Horizons policy
- Creative problem solving and leadership skills
- Commitment to Personal Centered Support
- Organization and Planning
- Successful Vulnerable Sector Search
- Proof of Covid Vaccination
