Description

You will take on the following responsibilities:

Client Service and Relationship Management:

  • Assist advisory teams in managing highvalue accounts, ensuring seamless account operations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, resolving client concerns and providing insights on firm policies and solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance client databases, upholding data precision and privacy.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing clear and confident communication.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports tailored to clients' unique investment needs.

Operations and Office Management:

  • Oversee daily operations with precision, including procurement and mail.
  • Ensure toptier hospitality and maintain high office standards for visitors and clients.
  • Manage client communications effectively, focusing on portfolio management and compliance.
  • Analyze and verify financial reports for accuracy in performance and valuation.
  • Coordinate confidential client fund transfers with meticulous attention.
  • Provide administrative oversight for account activities, prioritizing timeliness and accuracy.

Process Innovation and Compliance:

  • Perform daily account and client verifications in coordination with securities custodians.
  • Champion administrative process improvements, aligning with regulatory frameworks.
  • Lead and organize clientfocused tasks, managing followups with diligence.
  • Uphold a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements for high net worth and institutional clients, ensuring compliance.

You should possess some of the following qualifications:
Academic and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course from CSI.
  • Significant experience in the investment management field, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial markets and investment instruments.
Technical Skills
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially advanced functions in Excel, as well as proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and produce relevant analyses.
Personal and Interpersonal Skills

  • Autonomous and dynamic, with a keen sense of organization and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Team player with the ability to establish excellent interpersonal relationships, demonstrating attentive listening and effective communication.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in the face of change, capable of navigating a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high performance.
Additional Qualifications

  • Bilingualism in both oral and written French and English, able to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages.
  • Knowledge or experience in compliance with financial regulations and process improvement would be an asset.
  • Openness to continuous learning and professional skill enhancement.
