We are currently recruiting for a
Site Administrator for our
DOW, Fort Saskatchewan site.

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Site Administrator is responsible for coordinating all activities relating to payroll entry, tag management, record keeping, and billing.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the team to prioritize daily tasks and meet deadlines related to payroll, tag management and billing;
  • Compile and input large volumes of data, complete multiple checksand balances to confirm accuracy;
  • Payroll duties including verifying daily timesheets, time entry, balancing and reconciliation, processing new hires, and termination forms;
  • Balance hours with customer on a daily basis;
  • Update scaffold logs, productivity logs and track equipment movements;
  • Create and update scaffold and insulation tags in databases;
  • Verify Purchase Orders and Work Orders;
  • Billing for multiple customers based on contract frequency and requirements;
  • Monitor billing status, track when invoices are uploaded, approved,and paid;
  • Create, maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot various excel workbooks;
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries;
  • Provide reports to supervisors/customers as required;
  • Provide support for all site supervisors;
  • Create and maintain accurate onsite electronic and paper files;
  • Provide all other general administrative and clerical support including filing, scanning, and copying

Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary education and/or 2 years of related experience;
  • Experience in an industrial setting is considered an asset;
  • Health & Safety training is considered an asset;
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • High level of speed and accuracy with data entry;
  • Strong time management and organization skills to meet various competing deadlines;
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e. written, oral, diagram, or schedule form);
  • Ability to selfmotivate;
  • Ability to work within a team and build a positive team environment;
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced, everchanging work environment with competing demands;
  • Ability to display sound and accurate judgement, with the ability to resolve problems in a timely manner
