About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organization at the intersection of Human Resources and Marketing.
You'll work collaboratively with our team of experts to help our clients better understand their culture and its unique strengths and opportunities.
Your role will include building employee value propositions, employee communications, highly impactful employer brand and culture strategies, and steering employer brand creative concept development and activations.
Although our work is project-based and varies based on the client's unique business and goals, your key responsibilities include:- Providing outstanding client support and guidance with respect to employer branding, culture, and human resources, often in partnership with Senior Consultants
- Conducting and analyzing research, including employee surveys, focus groups, and market research
- Creating a wide range of content including reports, employee value propositions, talent personas and key messaging, job postings, social media content, employer brand guides, and more
- Project management and coordination
- Presenting findings, conducting interviews, leading focus groups, and potentially training sessions as well
- Helping implement best practices and streamline the way we work
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Have relevant experience in Human Resources, Employee Communications, Research, Marketing, or social media
- even better if you have some sort of combination of all
- Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Are analytical, tech savvy, confident and entrepreneurial in the way you approach work
- Are extremely organized and a strong multitasker believe us, you will juggle multiple projects, competing deadlines, and constant innovation
- Love to collaborate to do your best, but are driven and able to work independently
- Enjoy environments that are fastpaced, flexible, and focused on growth and innovation
- Are up for a primarily remotework role with occasional travel, assuming travel restrictions are not in place
