Description

• Managing a busy reception area and offering pleasant, welcoming service to all clients.
• Booking appointments and keeping track of the daily schedule.
• Complete worklist tasks daily, assisting veterinarians with tasks as needed.
• Greeting and checking in clients, ensuring their reason for visit is correct.
• Ensuring client information is accurate.
• Respond to client inquiries, gather information and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate notes and records from client interactions.
• Taking food and medication refill requests.
• Fill food and medication prescriptions refills.
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
• Invoicing, collecting payments using a debit/credit machine, discussing delicate financial situations.
• Various administrative duties such as scanning and filing, as well as preparing cards for pet owners.
• Collect patient history, weight, and TPR for veterinarian appointments.
• Use of Avimark software.
• Other duties as required by Practice Manager, Veterinarians, or other team members.

• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
