Social Worker / Social Service Worker / Therapist

The Timmins Family Counselling Centre is a bilingual, non-profitagency that promotes the well-being of the community by offering short-termtherapy to individuals, couple and families.

We are currently accepting applications for one (1) Full-time permanent, the individual will balance a 0.5 Counselling case loadand 0.Provide short-term therapy services to individuals 12years of age and older.

Provide short-term Enhanced Counselling Program tomedium to high risk offenders.
Offer individual, couple and family therapy services.
Performs administrative tasks such as keeping clinicalfiles up to date, writing progress notes, reports, and letters of support.

Demonstrated and buildnetworks with community agencies and in making timely referrals and connectionsto programs meeting unique, complex, and multi-dimensional needs.

Social Worker, Psychotherapist, Social Service Workers or equivalent
Must be registered or eligible for registration with theOntario College of Social Workers and Social
Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlookfrom Microsoft Office.

Must provide government-issued evidence of receipt of 2ndHealth Canada approved Covid vaccination dose at least fourteen (14) days priorto your start date, or evidence that you qualify for a human rights exemption.

Bilingual therapist (French / English) .
