Are you a strategic self-motivated team player with a passion for building relationships with key stakeholders executive buyers and influencers within our current customer base If so we want you on our team As an Existing Business Sales Specialist you'll focus on consolidating and quantifying successes throughout the customer life cycle always thinking about long-term strategy You'll collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Project Management Customer Success Security and Legal to ensure our customers have everything they need to make informed value-based decisions about continuing their relationship with Verafin


Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in existing customer calls.
  • Work closely with existing customers throughout the renewal process by participating in discovery sessions product demos and presentations overseeing due diligence reviews and handling contract negotiations
  • Collaborate in a team environment to develop strategies and plans for upcoming contract renewals
  • Manage a queue of renewal opportunities.
  • Maintain Salesforce to log calls meetings relevant information forecast sales opportunities.
