Abatement Technologies is looking for an energetic, dedicated, service-oriented
Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual).

Nepean, ON.



Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and payments, including walk-in customers.
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding shipping costs and delivery times where necessary.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with customers and prospects at appropriate intervals.-
  • Assist with timely handling and resolution of customer product complaints, including changes to purchase orders, and obtaining serial numbers and other relevant information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and outreach projects and programs.
  • Fluent in both English and French

Education and Work Experience:


  • Degree or diploma in business administration or related field.
  • Work experience should include a minimum of two (2) years in a business to business sales or sales support role, preferably in a related industry.
  • Experience with Epicor ERP an asset.
