We've made all of our products available to Canadians from the comfort of their own home and without having to visit a branch

The Lead Systems Administrator will be responsible for leading a technical team to ensure complex, detailed solutions are implemented expertly.

Note This is an on-site position based out of our centrally located downtown Vancouver office.

Role responsibilities:

Run the IT functions which include, IT support, systems administration, networking, and security operations
Lead and support onsite IT Infrastructure like servers, firewalls and switches
Work with the devops team to support and manage the cloud infrastructure in AWS
Lead and support SaaS security and productivity platforms like Google, Workspace and Cisco Umbrella
Manage relationships with hardware and software vendors
Stay abreast of the latest developments in security technology, news, and trends
Mentor junior helpdesk support engineers in the department

What you should already have:

2+ years of experience leading a technical team
5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure and networks
3+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure in AWS
5+ years of experience managing Windows and MacOS devices
Handson experience managing SaaS productivity and communication tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian products
Experience managing and configuring network and security tools like firewalls, switches, antivirus systems, and web filters
Aptitude for managing physical and virtual server environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and excel in fastpaced environment
Degree or diploma in computer science or related field
