Location:
Hybrid position, 2-3days/week on-site at Lifemark's offices located within the GTA

5-10% travel requirement across Canada.

The Position


The objective of this position will be to contribute to support the Executive Team in fulfilling their mandate to enrich the lives of Canadians through supporting strategic initiatives.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project development life cycle for several key initiatives across the organization.

These projects require integration of tasks across functional areas, clear business requirements and timelines and regular status reporting.

We are looking for an analytical communicator who loves to build relationships and foster growth. Previous experience in project management in a multi-location business would be considered a strong asset for this position.

With our national scope, pursuing opportunities that will complement our current network will be the primary focus.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and their respective project teams of varying sizes, complexity and backgrounds through the entire Project Development Life Cycle.
  • Establish and maintain project plans and project budgets, report progress as required, generate risk assessments, escalate issues, and facilitate project review presentations
  • Develop presentation deliverables related to projects.
  • Facilitate meetings related to projects.
  • Work with a cross functional teams on assigning tasks, establishing project deliverables and scheduling of those tasks and deliverables.
  • Obtain approvals from primary stakeholder(s) and control project scope, priorities, and schedule.
  • Contribute to thoughtful and creative discussions with project sponsor(s), stakeholders, department and division management on strategic goals, resources, scheduling, plans and challenges.
  • Assist with the utilization of resources for project planning activities.
  • Manage the daytoday projects/logistics and the corresponding communication for each project.

Professional Experience

  • 12 years of experience in a related field
  • Project Management Certification preferred
  • Experience with executive level communication and presentations
  • Multiproject management/portfolio management experience.
