    Join our Upstream Energy Client Services Team, dedicated to delivering exceptional technical support and training across our application portfolio. Our expertise spans geology mapping, reservoir/production engineering, and we support global clients in both conventional and unconventional assets. We emphasize collaboration, relationship building, continuous learning, and technical excellence.

Using problem-solving skills and industry knowledge, we help customers resolve issues, learn workflows, and understand our applications. As subject matter experts, we are trusted partners for clients across various asset types and stages of development.

    Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate expertise in industry workflows and business practices.
    • Conduct product demonstrations to clients to convey the value and capabilities of AccuMap and S&P's Upstream Canadian data set.
    • Develop training content for our Learning Management System.
    • Deliver training classes for AccuMap.
    • Stay current on new features and product offerings.
    • Act as the voice of the customer for business partners, including Product Management, Sales and Marketing.
    • Provide technical support for geological and engineering workflows.
    • Develop and deliver tailored training presentations and maintain digital training materials.
    • Ensure data quality and completeness of S&P Upstream Canada databases and AccuMap software.
    • Collaborate with various teams to meet customer needs and support sales.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Junior to mid-level geoscientists or engineers with relevant education or experience.
    • Experience with data and applications in the exploration and production industry; familiarity with S&P Global Engineering products is a plus.
    • Proven track record in delivering support or training in technical petroleum industry software. Prior experience with AccuMap is a asset.
    • Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
    • Aptitude for explaining technical concepts and teaching varying skill levels.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand customer needs.
    • Observant, detail-oriented, organized, and investigative.
    • Oracle SQL and database experience preferred but not required.
