Description

The ideal Warehouse Manager is a team player, forward thinker, and is key to our operational workflow.

Whether the challenge is to load a large order, maintain an accurate inventory, or process equipment to our rental ready standards, attitude and accuracy is key.

Responsibilities:

Complete assignments and special projects as required available as event dates
Pull orders, load, unload trucks, and test equipment
Work on quotes
Clean & Return third party items
Clean and maintain rental inventory, warehouse and vehicles
Willing operate a truck / sprinter
Ability to work individually and as a team member
Demonstrated ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail required
Perform all job duties in a proficient, professional, detailoriented manner

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
2 years of professional event and/or wedding planning and coordination experience including rental/event and vendor contract administration
1 + years' experience supervising and managing rental staff
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to accurately multitask under pressure with attention to detail
Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
Flexibility, the ability to problemsolve, and a sense of humor a must
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have excellent interpersonal skill
Experience with Canva and Excel is an asset
Ability to lift 75 lbs
Willingness to work additional time where necessary to complete tasks and meet deadlines
Second Language is an asset
