We are currently seeking a dynamic and qualified Manager of Client Relations who is not only well-versed in the ethics and professionalism defined by the LSO (Law Society of Ontario) but also views sales as a valuable service we offer to our potential clients.


Role Summary:

As the Manager of Client Relations, you will be the face of our firm, armed with a deep understanding of our services.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective clients through phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings.

Your goal is to help them gain clarity regarding their legal needs, educate them about their options, and guide them towards the best decision for their future while simultaneously contributing to our firm's objectives.

You will ensure that pre-conditioning packages and necessary systems are delivered to prospective clients before their scheduled meetings with our legal team.

Additionally, you will maintain meticulous records in a centralized database to document all interactions with prospective clients, both before, during, and after meetings, including follow-up efforts.

Your role also involves facilitating a seamless transition to our legal team once a client engagement is established.

You will oversee the onboarding process and conduct quality control checks at specified intervals during the initial 30 days and, in some cases, throughout the course of the legal matter.


Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:


  • Manage your schedule to accommodate meetings with prospective clients, followups with clients who initially declined, and quality control calls with current clients.
  • Maintain detailed records in a centralized database.
  • Collaborate with your team members and provide backup support to help clients find clarity and resolution.
  • Follow up with prospective clients who initially declined or were undecided.
  • Conduct followups with current clients at designated milestones in their cases or matters.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to the legal team once the case or matter has commenced.
  • Engage in constructive dialogue with management to provide feedback and suggestions for lead quality and quantity improvements based on your frontline experience.
  • Utilize a consultative communication approach during sales calls to demonstrate the value and benefits of our services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with referral sources.
  • Attend monthly networking events.
  • Complete the onboarding process.
  • Regularly update the CRM system with details of all interactions with prospects and clients.
  • Stay current with LSO rules, legal industry trends, and information.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • 23 years of consultative sales experience, with a track record of surpassing lead targets.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, contract negotiation, and client acquisition.
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
  • Selfstarter who excels in a rapidly changing environment with strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong personal integrity and a burning desire for success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combining personability with persistence.
  • Techfriendly or willing to learn.
  • Experience with Infusionsoft is a plus.
  • Reallife experiences that provide empathy and understanding are assets.
  • Experience overcoming significant life obstacles and making transformative changes is a plus.

Compensation:

This role is bonus-based with a monthly draw, emphasizing that it's not a passive order-taking job but an outbound sales and business development opportunity.

Your performance directly impacts your compensation through objective measurements and metrics. Team members should be self-motivated, tech-savvy, highly organized, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

$60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
