Loopio is looking for a relationship-focused, results-oriented individual who wants to take their career in Customer Success to the next level In this role, you will directly manage a team of talented Customer Success Professionals.

You'll work with team members across the organization to champion the Voice of the Customer, and work on critical projects to drive forward our CS Team.

What You'll Be Doing:


  • Provide oneonone coaching and mentorship the applicable Customer Success Team
  • Craft custom training to drive skill growth across the wider team (all segments)
  • Drive personal development and growth plans for direct reports
  • Provide performance transparency and ongoing feedback
  • Partner closely with the other Customer Experience leaders
  • Serve the team as a source of escalations with customers
  • Develop creative strategies to impact core customer metrics (growth, adoption, retention, advocacy) across the Customer Success team
  • Drive recruiting and onboarding efforts for new members of the Customer Success Team
  • Built a brand in the Toronto Tech Community by playing an active role and helping to build Loopio's reputation as a bestinclass organization
  • Work with leaders of other teams across Loopio to ensure visibility across team initiatives, drive high level company goals forward and reduce teambased silos
  • Work with Engineering and Product Leadership to prioritize Customer Feedback with a datadriven, revenueimpact lens
  • Work with the Sales team to help drive strategic opportunities forward
  • Constantly champion the voice of the customer

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 2+ years experience managing or leading a growing team
  • 3+ years in a Customer Success contributor role
  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills; you're representing Loopio and our customers internally and externally
  • Masterful relationship building skills; you can handle difficult and complex scenarios and provide difficult feedback to members of your team
  • Expert coach for your team; you can identify the right path to help each team member grow their career in the right direction for their unique needs
  • Extremely analytical; you leverage data in all of your decision making
  • Highly organized; your calendar reminders have calendar reminders
  • Results oriented; you always have your next goal in mind, and a plan to get there
  • Highly strategic; you like to understand the big picture, and new ways to drive forward high level organizational goals
  • At least 5 years of SaaS and / or Customer Focused experience

Where You'll Work:


  • Loopio is a remote first workplace that operates under a Hub Region Model. We recognize the advantages and flexibility of working remotely and we integrate that into the way we work
  • Right now, Loopio has one central Hub which is our Toronto Hub Region and our teams mostly work regular business hours in the EST time zone.
  • Loopers and futureLoopers can live anywhere within a 300km/185 mile radius of Toronto (within Ontario).
  • You'll collaborate with your team largely remotely we're all just a Zoom call away
  • Loopio headquarters is at our beautiful Kensington Market office in downtown Toronto.
  • When it's safe to do so again, you'll have the option of working where you work best whether that be majority at home or hotdesking at the office whenever you'd like. When we are able to do so, we will also have the opportunity to make inperson connections at our Toronto office or during organizationwide events such as our Annual Retreat or Loopicon.
