Description

Progressive is a busy automotive repair shop. Our Family owned business specializes in light duty car and truck repairs. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service, delivering expert repairs and maintenance.

We are looking for a Service Advisor to help us take care of our growing customer community.

Duties include;

Answering phones / setting appointments
Greeting customers and writing up work orders
Maintaining clear and accurate communication between our technicians and customers
Sourcing, ordering and receiving parts
Following work orders from start to completion, including final invoicing / payment.
Maintaining inventory, accurate filing etc.

Rate of pay will be based on overall experience.

Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$22.00-$29.00 per hour
