We are looking for extraordinary caregivers (PSW, RPN,RN) with full-time or part-time availability. Schedule varies with each client.

We serve the following areas:
Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Halton hills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, toileting and transportation accompany.
Provide companionship and social interaction.
Observe and report changes in the client's physical and emotional status.
Ability to follow care plan and document tasks completed accordingly.
Is comfortable using technology to document/chart
Communicate effectively with clients and office team.

Requirements:

Have Driver's License and reliable transportation
PSW certificate or equivalent (Nursing students with successful completion of year 1 or international nursing diploma)
Current CPR (BCLS) and First Aid certificate
Police record checkVulnerable Sector within last 6 months or be willing to obtain one
Negative TB skin test/chest xray within last 12 months or willing to obtain one and upto date immunization record.
Need to have Smartphone and access to internet.
Minimum 1 year experience working in the community as a certified PSW is an asset
Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to speak a second language considered an asset
