Description

Treloar Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for an enthusiastic, team-oriented, customer service focused, self-motivated superstar to join our team

The position available is full-time and requires someone who is VERY detail-oriented, can multi-task extremely well, has experience with computers and works well independently or as part of a dynamic team.

Job duties include:

Providing prompt and courteous service to all clients at TPC
Scheduling and managing appointments for a staff of over 30 therapists
Billing for clinic services, both private and insurance related
Management of client claims, involving communication with ICBC/WSBC/MSP
Faxing & Scanning various reports
Communicating with doctors and specialists
Ensuring reception area is stocked with necessary supplies
Clinic upkeep maintaining tidiness in all areas of the clinic and doing laundry
Opening/Closing Duties
Various Administrative Tasks

Must be available for weekly shifts ranging between: 6:30 - 18:00 / Monday-Friday.
