Our House Hospitality Company (OHHC) is a hospitality company focused on creating quality brands centred around
Matty Matheson.

Our brands are leaders in their respective categories making the best versions of the most popular cuisines in North America by providing best-in-class guest experiences.

The Content Coordinator produces and schedules innovative content for all OHHC units.

They will produce and edit high-visibility, high-impact, short and long-form video assets that maintain brand integrity, elevate the brand internally and externally, deliver meaningful experiences and ensure tangible outcomes.

They will manage and organize restaurant websites and play a key role in the consistency of each brand.

A strong storyteller, they will produce high-value content that people want to share, and create impactful experiences for clients, prospective clients, fans, and employees, ensuring the voice of OHHC remains consistent and aligns with our mission.


Key Responsibilities_
(include but are not limited to the following)_
-
1. Supporting the OHHC lifestyle brand_

  • Proactively manage and take ownership for content within a content management system
  • Confidently bring ideas forward for new content, promotions, etc. that support the OHHClifestyle brand objective and the overall content marketing plan.
  • Work collaboratively with OHHCManagement and contributors to produce and publish compelling content.
  • Ensure online content supports SEO goals, our brand standards, web style guidelines and legal and compliance requirements.
  • Incorporate findings from analytics data into the development of content.
  • Learn about our guests/target audience user experience needs and take the initiative to identify and propose new content.
  • Support external photographers and content contributors as needed
  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Hootsuite
  • Oversee and implement Facebook/Instagram advertising with the approval of _and_support from OHHCvenues and Directors of Operations.

2. Execute _
social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:_

  • Relevant content topics which reach OHHC Venues target guests.
  • Directing the design and curation of organic social media content (images, video and written).
  • Listening and responding to users in a "Social, onbrand" way while cultivating new followers, and ROI.
  • Creating compelling copy and communicating using the various OHHCVenue voices, in a channel appropriate manner that drives engagement and results.
  • Suggesting campaigns to grow our social media presence and community through internal and external influencers programs and campaigns.
  • Communicating with guests and followers engaging in conversations taking place about our brand and answering questions.
  • Creating a unique content feed that represents our brand values and themes in a curated, artistic manner.
  • Ensuring social media icons, bios and banners are up to date with the most relevant campaign promotion and brand information
  • Support external photographers and content contributors as needed

3. Online and Offline Content & Social Media reporting and analysis

  • Create end of contract report on each venue including_
  • Social media best and worst performing content
  • Social media engagement rate, follower growth
  • Executing communication of on and offsite promotions
  • Analyzing campaigns and translating data into recommendations
  • Monitoring effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns.

Required Experience

  • Demonstrated creativity, flexibility and comfort working with diverse stakeholders
  • Professional and personable; exceptional guest relations skills
  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager is an asset but not required
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with web design and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Customerservice excellence with 5+ years in customerfacing roles
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
  • Able to switch between group brainstorms and working independently
