This is the role:

We are looking for professionals to join our Milton, ON team as a Skid Steer Operator.

The Skid Steer Operator plays an instrumental role in our production process - getting it started In a fast-paced working environment you will be responsible for ensuring raw and recycled materials are handled properly in accordance to the demand by the production line.

This includes but is not limited to using powered industrial vehicles, hand trucks, lifts and other machinery as assigned. The Yard Technician reports to the Team Leader for the area; this role has no direct reports.

This is What You Offer:

Be able to work at heights.

Have valid driver's license

Essential Functions:

Maintain a clean working environment.
Work in a dusty and dirty environment.
Maintain good housekeeping of mobile equipment. This includes interior cleaning and pressure washing.
Ensure conformance to environmental policies and expectations.
Perform proper procedures for operation of Skid Steer inclusive of all inspections and checklists.
Full PPE including full face respirator is mandatory must be clean shaven to wear respirator.
Operate other yard equipment as required (Roll Off Truck, forklift, etc).
Work closely with Loader Operators & Production to ensure segregation and orderly placement of materials & wastes.
Perform transport and transfer of Fly Ash from TOR1/TOR3 Bag Houses via pressure vessel and pump into Briquette Plant Silos pneumatically. Ensure conformance to safe handling procedures and use of required PPE.
Assist with Briquette Plant Cleaning as required.
Shoveling, scraping and pressure washing of various equipment. This position will include regular daily cleaning Yard & Briquette Plant equipment and site areas as assigned.
Assist Senior Loader Operators where requested and needed.
