    Position: Strategic Account Manager, Western Canada (Alberta region)

    Reporting to – Vice President, Sales

    Summary/Objective

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Western Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the region and calling on key accounts to establish and maintain strong relationships. As the Strategic Account Manager, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, develop, and implement strategic account plans, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, sales, and business development, with experience in the tire industry.

    Essential Functions

    Execute sales and marketing plans for the region to achieve corporate objectives.

    Servicing of established customers with support to assist in growth with our product offering.

    Qualify and develop prospective customers and establish new business within the region.

    Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations to customer base as well as end users with customers.

    Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop and implement targeted campaigns that align with business objectives and sales targets.

    Assist customers in the development of forecasts and demand planning requirements for manufacturing and Supply Chain purposes.

    Propose customer solutions across different applications with the use of product range available.

    Review and analyze regional performance versus budget against plans in the format of Monthly Sales Reports.

    Represent Dynamic Tire at Trade Shows, Dealer Shows, and Trade Association meetings, driving awareness of brand and product availability.

    Work in collaboration with Regional Managers, Segment Managers, Supply Chain and Customer Service.

    Identify key market trends, competitive programs, and industry insights.

    Embrace and drive change.

    Travel

    Frequent travel within assigned territory is required.

    Additional requirements for customer visits or meetings outside regional territory (periodically).

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

    5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.

    Experience within the tire industry, familiarity with market trends.

    Knowledge of sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting

    Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

    Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

    Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
