Job summary
The Claims Officer is responsible for leading and managing claim investigations within Cash Vault Services (CVS). This role ensures accurate reporting, tracking, timely resolution of discrepancies,- Investigations for ATM Differences and Non-ATM claims
- Daily reporting of all customers (For different functions e.g., Deposit Processing, Cash Bin, ATM Rec, Cheque investigations, BOC Precious Metals)
- Responding to customer emails inquiries in a timely professional manner Daily reconciliation of ABM treasury holdings in an accurate and timely manner Identify
- and correct unit treasury or institution problems in a timely fashion Resolve low cash situations unit problems required rebalance recovery differences crew training requirements requests emergency cash loads Liaise with Cash Operations Section Manager rectify paperwork issues Establish maintain professional working relationship internal external customers Reporting losses Security Creating maintaining statistical reports Work Experience
