Project Coordinator to join our Team.

We currently have an opening for a fulltime
Project Coordinator in our
Ottawa, ON office.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

Undergraduate degree and (2) two years of related experience OR a college diploma and (4) four years of related experience.
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
1+ years of experience in consulting (considered an asset).

Main Duties:

Support the team with maintaining, tracking, and reporting on projects and initiatives.
Keep track of project timelines, support requests, and resource allocation.
Monitor project and portfolio performance indicators and coordinate invoicing.
Gather, analyze, and compile information from project teams and tools in order to produce documentation to be reviewed by senior engineers and scientists.
Provide assistance and advice to project managers and project leads related to their project documentation and data management.
Participate in the definition and implementation of various processes within a growing division.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all work performed and meet critical deadlines.
Collaborate with GEMTEC personnel across Canada.
Performing other related duties as required.

Position:

Full time salaried position.
