- Sort parcels and pallets by route accurately and efficiently;
- Ensure all freight is properly scanned and localized in the system;
- Stage deliveries in the designated areas for drivers' departures;
- Assist with trailer unloading upon arrival;
- Verify shipment integrity and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure proper scanner usage and accurate data entry;
- Maintain temperature-control compliance when handling temperature-sensitive shipments;
- Experience in warehouse, dock, or logistics operations
- Ability to lift and move parcels and pallets safely; lifting up to 50lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and scanner proficiency
