    Here's how you'll contribute:


    • Grow business and exceed sales targets from clients or potential clients that are identified while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to ensure we exceed in our customer satisfaction ratings


    •Assist in uncovering and capitalizing on opportunities


    •Achieve weekly face to face sales calls targets and ensure that all appointments, contacts and opportunities are logged into our client relationship management database


    •Work with Sales Leaders to develop sales strategy and continue to grow by participating in training, coaching and learning opportunities.


    •Manage expenses per NCS & FCT's guidelines

    Here's what you'll bring:


    • University degree from an accredited post-secondary institution in Legal or Business


    • Minimum 8 years of legal and/or commercial real estate experience


    • Aggressive business development experience in a business to business sales environment


    • Proven ability in building and maintaining successful client relationships


    • Confident ability to make sound business decisions and ensures best practices


    • Knowledge of purchasing and financing commercial real estate an asset
