- Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through occupancy and warranty phases
- Manage excavation, structure, envelope, interiors, and finishing scopes on mid-rise condominium developments
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules alongside the Project Manager
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and inspections to maintain workflow and productivity
- Enforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with Ontario health & safety regulations
- Conduct daily site walks, look-aheads, and trade coordination meetings
- Oversee quality control and deficiency management processes
- Manage building envelope coordination, mechanical/electrical rough-ins, and interior fit-outs
- Support commissioning, occupancy readiness, and turnover milestones
- Maintain accurate site documentation including daily reports, progress tracking, and field issues
- Foster strong relationships with consultants, inspectors, and municipal stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience delivering full-cycle mid-rise condominium projects, the meet and adhere to Ontario building standards.
- Strong background in residential concrete or wood-frame mid-rise construction
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and complex sequencing in an active construction environment
- Deep understanding of Ontario Building Code, Tarion requirements, and residential construction standards
- Minimum 8–12+ years of construction experience with progressive site leadership responsibilities
- Strong scheduling awareness and ability to drive production timelines
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach
- Proficiency with construction software and reporting tools considered an asset
- Base salary of up-to $145,000.
