Clinical Informatics Lead

Full-Time, 1-Year Contract

Required Qualifications:

Current certificate of competency (licensure) from the College of Nurses of Ontario required.
Minimal 2years progressive experience in clinical care, 2 years of experience in informatics required.
Holds current academic appointments/eligible for academic appointments.
Ongoing membership with professional associations.
Good understanding of the health care services and delivery processes in the community sector.
Work closely with the digital leadership team and internal stakeholders to update and develop digital strategy and clinical product roadmaps.
Lead initiatives to improve clinical workflows and documentation by enabling clinical practice via digital tools.
Lead clinical change management efforts to improve adoption and utilization of clinical information systems and tools.
Ability to develop and facilitate operational reporting, process improvement, and enhance user experience.
Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Awareness and understanding of all relevant legislation related to practice standards, standards of safety and quality, and employment standards including human rights legislation.
Demonstrated commitment to modelling lifelong learning and continuous professional growth.
