Shipping and Receiving - Salmon Arm, Canada - Precision Aluminum
Description
Precision Aluminum is located in the Salmon Arm BC industrial park and we are looking for a shipper/receiver to join our team.
- Must have a class 5 driver's license for deliveries and pickups.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and the ability to operate a forklift to load and unload product.
- Must be able to keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments, and prepare product for shipment, verifying all information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
- Must be very organized able to maintain and process paperwork, arrange shipping, and work with the scheduler to aide in inventory management.
- Be able to determine method of shipment utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
- Be able to complete forms, maintain files, package and label all merchandise.
- Receive all goods in prompt and good condition.
- Assist customers as needed.
- Yard maintenance cleanliness and organization.
