What you'll do:


  • Processing payroll semimonthly for 200+ hourly employees using ADP.
  • You will onboard employees into payroll including verifying new hire documentation for accuracy and completeness and providing relevant assistance to employees as required.
  • You will verify and reconcile all employee submitted timesheets for accuracy and completeness and follow up as required.
  • You will stay updated on changes in payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws, and ensure compliance in payroll processing.
  • Filing and maintaining of records in an organized manner
  • Other related administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:


  • A college diploma or university degree in a related field (i.e. Commerce, Finance, and/or Accounting) is preferred
  • You have 2+ years' experience supporting fullcycle payroll for hourly and salaried employees in Canada.
  • You have experience using MS Excel in an intermediate capacity (formulas, filter, VLOOKUP, pivot table) to provide detailed reporting & analytics.
  • Clear, fluent written and spoken English, at ease communicating with different groups of people.
  • Fastlearning and willing to take challenge.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with excellent attention to details
  • Ability to work at a fast pace with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Wellorganized and uses good judgment when prioritizing work.
  • Salary: From $4000 per month
