Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Business Partner

Location - Remote/Hybrid

Reports To - Director, Human Resources

Position Type - 1 full-time position for 12 months with the possibility of extension pending budget availability and satisfactory performance.

Quorum is currently looking for a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Business Partner to join our growing team.

You will be expected to work with other organizations or professional bodies to learn and improve the latest best practices on D&I efforts and act as the change agent to help build on our employer brand from the D&I lens.

The DEI Business Partner at Quorum will require excellent communication skills - ability to use your interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to facilitate project deliverables, convey and address ideas, challenges, and opportunities across several functions, teams, and departments, internally and externally.

THE COMPANY

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive DEI strategy that aligns with the organization's vision, mission and values
Work with leaders to identify areas of opportunity for improvement and implement solutions that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
Provide guidance and support to employees on DEIrelated matters, including training, mentoring, and coaching
Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of DEI initiatives and report on progress to senior leadership
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that DEI is integrated into all aspects of the organization, including recruitment, hiring, and promotion
Build partnerships with external organizations to stay current on best practices and leverage resources that support DEI efforts
Advance diversity related hiring practices Facilitate conversations and workshops on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Develop and manage budgets related to DEI initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent in related field
3+ years of experience in DEI or related field
Diversity and Inclusion certificate an asset
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective DEI strategies
Strong analytical skills and ability to measure impact
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to facilitate conversations and workshops on DEIrelated topics
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Understanding of DEI best practices and trends
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment
