What your day to day will look like:
Referring to the Regional People and Culture Leader, your main responsibilities will be:
- Play an active role in all human resources functions (recruitment, integration of new employees, training and development, labour relations, health and safety and disability claims management, complaints management, policies/procedures, and program administration).
- Contribute to and support the design and implementation of talent attraction, acquisition and retention strategies.
- Develop collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.
- Working in teams with other members of human resources to develop and harmonize human resources policies, procedures, and processes at the national level.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and laws.
- Support the other areas of organizational compliance as needed.
- Support your immediate supervisor in special projects.
- Perform all other related tasks and duties as required by the needs of the business and as assigned.
The qualifications we are looking for:
- Bachelor of Industrial/Employee Relations or Business Administration with a Human Resources Specialization;
- Three (3) years of experience in the various key areas of human resources functionality;
- Or a combination of work and equivalent studies.
- Possess recruitment experience with industrial roles (an asset);
- Very good English communication skills both verbal and written. French knowledge would be considered as an asset.
- Possess intermediate computer skills and master the office suite;
- Excellent leadership, proudly carrying the interests, values and culture of the company and being seen as a role model by his/her peers.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Very good analytical and decisionmaking skills.
- Very good understanding of confidentiality and your role in enforcing this concept with managers.

Experience:
- Human resources management: 3 years (required)
- Recruitment: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- CHRP (preferred)
