What your day to day will look like:
Referring to the Regional People and Culture Leader, your main responsibilities will be:

Play an active role in all human resources functions (recruitment, integration of new employees, training and development, labour relations, health and safety and disability claims management, complaints management, policies/procedures, and program administration).
Contribute to and support the design and implementation of talent attraction, acquisition and retention strategies.
Develop collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.
Working in teams with other members of human resources to develop and harmonize human resources policies, procedures, and processes at the national level.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and laws.
Support the other areas of organizational compliance as needed.
Support your immediate supervisor in special projects.
Perform all other related tasks and duties as required by the needs of the business and as assigned.

The qualifications we are looking for:

Bachelor of Industrial/Employee Relations or Business Administration with a Human Resources Specialization;
Three (3) years of experience in the various key areas of human resources functionality;
Or a combination of work and equivalent studies.
Possess recruitment experience with industrial roles (an asset);
Very good English communication skills both verbal and written. French knowledge would be considered as an asset.
Possess intermediate computer skills and master the office suite;
Excellent leadership, proudly carrying the interests, values and culture of the company and being seen as a role model by his/her peers.
Strong interpersonal skills
Very good analytical and decisionmaking skills.
Very good understanding of confidentiality and your role in enforcing this concept with managers.
