    Construction Team Leader

    $35.00-$40.00 per hour depending on experience.

    Job description:

    • Overseeing teams of between 4-8 on job sites
    • Assisting in the installation of windows and doors with the crew
    • Working with customers, management, and crews to ensure installations are completed on time and accurately.
    • Using various hand tools and construction equipment to aid in installation.
    • Keeping account managers informed of stats of jobs.
    • Performance management of crews, assisting in hiring of staff
    • Hand on supervisory duties

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of construction experience
    • Comfortable with heavy lifting and ability to use various power tools.
    • Supervisory experience an asset
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Good attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills both written and spoken
    • Own reliable transportation, site is not transit accessible
